We were under contract on a house. It looked great. The inspection proved otherwise. It was in Layton and I am glad we are not moving there. We'll find a place eventually. For now, we're packing up our apartment and moving in with Mike's Grandma. Oh my. It will make for some cramped quarters. But we're crossing our fingers we find an affordable home to buy soon.

I feel for you guys. Seriously. We've been in the short sale mess since May and are just about under contract now. Want to move to Draper? We just found out about one home that has a bank approved price... I'm sure Mike would hate the drive downtown though. :) Good luck with it all... it will be worth it!!!
