:: CAN'T GET ENOUGH ::

Man, I am having a blast back from Rick's College this month. Since purchasing the new Pennywise album a few weeks ago, I just can't stop listening. I've been pulling out all of my 90's skatepunk CDs and adding them to my iTunes library. I'm even wearing the old brown Independent hoodie a lot more.* (side note: I bought this sweatshirt with my very first paycheck when I was 15. Yes... I know the sweatshirt is 15 years old and is a ragged mess. The worst part about it, is that I still wear it at least 2 times a week.) Am I digressing?

*disclaimer:: for the last 5 years, said sweatshirt is not allowed outside of the house.

I think you should add a playlist to your blog. You've got me curious now. :)

Ahh, Pennywise. The embodiment of all that is skater punk. They were giving away their album for free for a few weeks. Best price ever for one of the greatest bands of the 90s!

I don't know if you're a No Use For a Name fan, but their new album definitely deserves a place on your skate punk playlist. Oh, and so does The Uninformed. :)

I myself busted out Punk-O-Rama Volume 2 a couple of weeks ago for no apparent reason. Maybe we hit a stage where we started thinking about how cool we were during the time period I refer to fondly as "Back in the punk-rock day". I think we're cooler now. Being punk-rock ain't got nothin' on being a suburban mom.

The brown independant sweatshirt.... I remember that one! That is amazing that it's still in existence!
