I'm back from Vegas and I have a billion photos of the trip. Here is the basic rundown of the festivities.
1. Too much Guitar Hero
2. I had dinner with a Charlie Daniels impersonator and 4 LDS missionaries.
3. Charlie Daniels' wife made the most delicious corned beef and cabbage - SERIOUSLY!!!
4. Stopped the 3 year-olds from breaking their necks from performing daredevil stunts
5. Painted Jenny's craft room a very bright yellow
6. Went shopping
7. Went to "Las Vegas" which to Cohen means a casino filled with lights and really random attractions
8. Drank too much Diet Coke thanks to the unlimited supply in Jenny's garage fridge.
9. Laughed
10. Enjoyed the sunshine
Are you on Goodreads.com yet? I am loving it. If you are, add me as a buddy. I'd love to see what you recommend. It is helping me keep track of my reading list and my feelings regarding the books. I am now reading book #17 for the year. The goal is 50 books by the end of the year. I can totally do it if I continue to ignore my domestic duties!

I joined up last night Lori :-) Looks good; I'm Samsara on there too :-)
your book list is impressive dude! You are definitely inspiring me to pick up a book and read it!
Samsara - we can blog/craftster/goodreads buddies forever! BTW - the owl stain glass is still hanging in the bedroom and the crochet owl bag is still toting one of my many projects!!!
Suzie - as opposed to hitting Aimee or Sexy Wendy with it? yes - I think Wendy should legally change her name to Sexy Wendy.
Lori...
I saw Jenny's pics of her room... you guys did an awesome job...hopefully she can feel inspired now. GOOD JOB. I got your post about the Sizzix... I do have a machine...and I do think you can cut fabric w/ it... let me check...."a wide variety of materials, including paper, rubber, felt, fabric, foam, sheet magnet and more."... ok it does say it will cut fabric... (do you know anyone who wants to buy my original Sizzix machine for $50 I've barely used it... and I now have the cuttlebug... so now I'll NEVER use it)
Anyhow, yes I was checking out your blog & I love it... how the heck do you find time to bust out so many different projects... I told Jenny YOUR SISTER IS AMAZING! Keep up the good work! By the way... where did you find that owl... I just LOVE him.

Hey Lori,
Thanks for the note. I love your blog and I agree with your love of Etsy. I have added you to my links. We need to plan a spring/summer party.......get everyone together again to chat and let the kiddies play.
